Dr. Zach Richardson is dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or striving to improve your physical performance, his goal is to provide personalized, evidence-informed care that helps you return to the activities you enjoy with confidence.
Dr. Richardson earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. His treatment philosophy combines hands-on chiropractic care with individualized rehabilitation, movement education, and exercise prescription to address the root cause of pain rather than simply masking symptoms.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Richardson played football in high school and post secondary, competing with both the University of Saskatchewan Huskies and the Regina Thunder. His firsthand experience as an athlete gives him a unique understanding of the physical demands placed on the body and the importance of effective injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization.
Throughout his career, Dr. Richardson has had the privilege of working as a team chiropractor for the University of Saskatchewan Huskies, helping varsity athletes recover from injury and perform at their highest level. He has also gained valuable experience working with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, providing care in a high-performance sporting environment. These experiences have strengthened his ability to care for everyone from elite athletes to weekend warriors and individuals simply looking to move through daily life without pain.
While he enjoys treating athletes, Dr. Richardson is passionate about helping patients of all ages and activity levels. Whether your goal is returning to work, keeping up with your children, enjoying a round of golf, or competing in sport, he takes the time to understand your goals and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Richardson enjoys strength training, golfing, and spending time outdoors. He is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to move better and live healthier.
