Unfortunately we are not able to see on our end how much you have left for coverage. As insurance providers will not provide staff with that information, for your privacy reasons, you will have to either download the app corresponding to your provider or phone them directly.
Each company has the insurance plan set up differently. Sometimes the plan only covers 80%, or less, and sometimes if your insurance says 100% coverage, your insurance provider may set a limit that they say is a maximum reasonable amount. For example: A 60 min massage is $99.75, and you may have 100% coverage, but the insurance provider may say that $95 is the maximum reasonable amount they will cover leaving you with a balance owing that will have to be paid at the time of the appointment.
Unfortunately not. If you do not have group insurance coverage, you will have to pay for the treatment at the time of your appointment.
Saskatchewan Blue Cross is the only Blue Cross provider that our practitioners are registered with. You will have to pay for the treatment at the time of the appointment, but you will be able to submit to your insurance provider to be reimbursed.
Due to these amazing alternative treatments options not being registered under a governing body and not having a license number, we cannot direct bill. Many insurance providers will not accept receipts being submitted, however, if your plan has a separate Health Spending Account, you may be able to submit. Unfortunately we do not have details about your insurance plan to let you know one way or another if these will be covered or not.
