SGI
Our Chiropractors, Dr. Gray and Dr. Richardson, are both SGI accredited and we can submit your invoices to them directly. We have one SGI accredited Massage Therapist, Kaitlyn Oster, RMT.
Before Booking
Please ensure you have initiated an injury claim, and once that is done, you will receive your SGI INJURY claim number, which is different from your auto claim number.
Upon Arrival
Please present your injury claim number to the receptionist upon arrival. We also need your birthday, date of injury, and if possible, your adjustor's name, email address and/or phone number.
Payment
Please note: If you have booked an SGI appointment, but don't have your injury claim number yet, you may be required to pay for the treatment and submit to SGI after. Also, if you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be sent an invoice that will need to be paid by yourself, we cannot bill SGI for missed appointments.
